Our commitment
Run It Right aims to make this website usable across different abilities, devices, and ways of navigating. We work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continue to review and improve the experience. We do not claim independent certification or complete conformance.
Features that support access
The site includes semantic structure, a skip link, labeled forms, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and native modal dialogs. Public service content is available as HTML. Animations respect reduced-motion preferences. The inquiry thank-you page provides a way to stop its automatic return to the homepage.
Ongoing work
Automated tools do not capture every barrier. Complex account workflows, generated content, provider-hosted payment pages, and different assistive-technology combinations may have limitations. We welcome specific reports and will consider them in our improvement work.
