Who we are

Run It Right Web Solutions, LLC (Run It Right, RIRWEB, “we,” or “us”) provides website, search, automation, and IT consulting services. This policy explains information practices for this website and its account services. Contact hello@rirweb.com or call 561-329-5329 with privacy questions.

Information you provide

When you request help, we may collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number, service interest, project description, budget range, preferred contact method, and the area or audience relevant to the inquiry. A website review also collects the submitted public website address, selected goal, consent, and the automated findings. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, sensitive documents, or information you do not have permission to share.

Client and staff accounts include identity and verified email information, organization membership, assigned roles, service records, support requests and replies, and relevant billing records. Administrative actions such as invitations, role changes, and email sends are recorded for accountability and security.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to requests, assess project fit, deliver requested reports, manage agreed work and support, operate accounts, communicate about services, maintain business records, and protect against fraud or abuse. A project inquiry or website review does not enroll you in the newsletter.

Email and your choices

We send inquiry acknowledgments, requested reports, account invitations, sign-in links, support or billing communications, and other messages relevant to your relationship with us. Our team can see message content and sending status to manage follow-up. Email providers process addresses, message content, and delivery information.

Newsletter enrollment requires a separate choice and email confirmation. We retain the consent wording, time, confirmation status, and unsubscribe status. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or contact hello@rirweb.com to stop marketing emails. Essential account, transaction, or service messages may still be sent when needed.

Website reviews

At your request, our review checks limited publicly accessible homepage information. It does not require a login, access private pages, or measure rankings, AI recommendations, revenue, or accessibility conformance. We store the submitted address and resulting observations to deliver the report and discuss your priorities. We do not store a full copy of the checked website’s HTML in the report record.

R-bert and AI processing

R-bert is an automated assistant. Questions are processed using Cloudflare Workers AI and published Run It Right information. The assistant cannot access your client account or private project records and cannot make binding commitments. The application does not retain conversation transcripts. Provider operational processing and security logs may still apply. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in a question.

Operational information and storage

Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request timing, and security events. Our application uses limited pseudonymous rate counters to prevent repeated abusive requests. Necessary account cookies maintain signed-in sessions. Browser storage remembers cookie preferences and whether the exit offer has already appeared in the current tab session.

We do not currently install optional advertising or analytics trackers. The cookie policy explains storage and controls. You can change optional preferences using Cookie Preferences in the footer.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare provides hosting, database infrastructure, security verification, and AI processing. Resend processes email delivery. Better Auth software manages sign-in within our hosted application. Where you use a Stripe-hosted checkout or billing portal, Stripe processes payment and related customer information under its own terms and privacy notices; we retain relevant customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status references rather than full payment card numbers.

We share information with providers only as needed for these functions, with people authorized to support your account, when you direct us to do so, or when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or address misuse. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations under their applicable arrangements. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Resend’s privacy policy, and Stripe’s privacy policy.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, ongoing services, required business and financial records, dispute handling, and security. The appropriate period depends on the record and the relationship. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honor an unsubscribe request. Information in backups or provider logs may remain until the applicable retention cycle ends.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected credentials, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Requests and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on processing. Email hello@rirweb.com with your request. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting, and legal or legitimate recordkeeping requirements may limit what we can delete. An authorized representative may contact us with evidence of authorization. We do not use the request process to enroll you in marketing.

Children and external websites

The site and services are intended for adults and business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can assess and address it. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ practices.

Changes

We may update this policy as services and practices change. The date above identifies the latest update. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate or required.
