Service engagements and pricing

Website information helps you evaluate our services and begin a conversation. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or obligate you to buy. Work begins under an accepted proposal, order, or service agreement that defines deliverables, responsibilities, fees, scope, timing, and support. If an agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding that engagement, the agreement controls.

Published starting prices or examples depend on the stated scope. A checkout or order must clearly show the amount, billing interval, recurring nature where applicable, and relevant terms before you authorize payment. Applicable taxes, setup work, travel, equipment, licensing, emergency work, and out-of-scope services are addressed in the order or proposal. We do not automatically charge for additional work without the applicable authorization.

Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

A recurring service renews only under the terms you accept when enrolling. Your order or agreement sets the service period, cancellation process, notice requirements, included allowances, and any refund terms. Use an available billing portal or contact hello@rirweb.com for help. A cancellation request does not by itself cancel already agreed work or amounts properly due. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Accounts and access

Use your own authorized email address and keep sign-in links private. Links expire and are intended for a single use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for notifying us of suspected misuse. Client access is limited to assigned organizations. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security issues, or obligations under an agreement. Staff access is role-based and managed by the agency owner.

Acceptable use and submitted information

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass protections, interfere with service, send malicious content, impersonate another person, or use forms and messaging for unlawful or abusive purposes. Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through general inquiry forms or the assistant. You retain rights in your material and permit us to use it as reasonably needed to respond or provide the requested service.

Automated reviews and R-bert

Automated reports check a limited set of public-homepage signals and may miss information or identify issues that need human review. They are not complete audits, certifications, or measurements of rankings, revenue, AI citations, or legal compliance. R-bert provides automated guidance from published site information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm important details with our team. The assistant cannot agree to pricing, scope, deadlines, or contractual terms.

Results and third-party services

We do not guarantee search positions, traffic, AI-system recommendations, leads, sales, or revenue. Outcomes depend on your offer, competition, platform decisions, implementation, and other factors. Third-party platforms and providers have their own terms, availability, and policies. A service description does not imply an endorsement, partnership, accreditation, or certification that we have not expressly established.

Intellectual property

The website’s branding, original design, and original content belong to Run It Right or their respective owners. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission. Rights to deliverables produced for clients are defined in the applicable agreement. Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Illustrative imagery is not evidence of a client relationship or a completed project.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep the site accurate and available but may update, interrupt, or remove website features. Except as stated in a separate agreement or required by law, website information and automated tools are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
