Choose your computer’s processor. Most Windows PCs use Intel/AMD. On a Mac, open Apple menu → About This Mac: “Chip” means Apple silicon; “Processor” identifies an Intel Mac.
Uses RustDesk’s latest stable GitHub release, refreshed at least hourly when requested. If the release cannot be resolved, we open its official release page instead.
Get the current official QuickSupport installer for your computer. For a technician-assisted session, choose QuickSupport if your technician asks for it.
These provider-managed links point to current installers rather than a pinned version. For other editions or architectures, visit the official Windows downloads or Mac downloads. TeamViewer’s licensing terms apply; commercial use may require a license.
Three steps. A real person helping.
Confirm your appointment. Download only the app your RIRWEB technician requests.
Open the app. Follow the provider’s installation and permission guidance. Mac screen sharing may require permissions in System Settings.
Connect with your technician. Share the session details directly with the person you arranged support with. Close the session when you are finished.
You stay in control.
Downloading an app does not start a remote session or authorize access. Do not share remote-access codes or passwords through R-bert, the contact form, email signature tool, or any public channel. Never grant access to an unexpected caller. Do not disable security protections or enable unattended access unless you understand and explicitly authorize it with your technician.
We link to official software; we do not repackage installers or configure remote access in these downloads. RustDesk, TeamViewer and GitHub apply their own terms and privacy practices. Their names belong to their respective owners; inclusion does not imply endorsement or partnership.
