Small business website redesign · South Florida & nationwide
Your business moved forward. Your website should too.
When your services have changed, your best work is buried or customers struggle to get in touch, a new look is only part of the answer. We redesign the path from “Are they right for me?” to a useful conversation.
Personal service since 2012. A clear scope before you commit.
What should a website redesign accomplish?
A small business website redesign should make your offer easier to understand, improve the customer’s next step, and preserve useful content and search paths. The right scope may be a focused improvement or a full rebuild. We assess that before choosing the platform or drawing the first screen.
A better website starts with the right problem.
“We get visits, but not the right inquiries.”
We review which services the page explains, what proof a buyer can assess, and what the form asks them to do. The aim is a more relevant inquiry—not a bigger visitor count that tells you little.
“We’ve outgrown the old site.”
New divisions, different customers and a stronger offer need more than another menu item. We organize your services around how people choose, with a clear role for each important page.
“Nobody wants to update it.”
A website should be manageable after launch. We agree who owns the accounts, which content your team needs to edit, and where ongoing support will help. Your handoff is part of the project.
Keep what works. Fix what gets in the way.
A redesign changes messages, URLs, templates, forms and often the underlying platform. We start by identifying the pages and functions worth preserving. Where access is available, Search Console and analytics help establish a baseline alongside what your team hears from customers.
Content and service structure: what stays, what needs a stronger answer, and what should be combined rather than duplicated.
Search migration: an agreed URL inventory and redirect plan, internal links, canonical checks and indexing instructions.
Mobile inquiries: readable content, clear contact options and forms that ask for useful context.
We can reduce avoidable migration mistakes. We cannot guarantee unchanged rankings: search systems, competition and other factors remain outside the project’s control.
Your quote depends on the pages, content work, platform, migration, integrations and ongoing responsibilities. A five-page brochure site and a website with customer accounts need different scopes. We define those decisions with you before asking you to approve a project.
Already have a working website with a few specific problems? We will discuss focused improvements instead of assuming a full rebuild is the answer. Routine care is separate from redesign work; compare ongoing support plans for the published scope and exclusions.
What happens after you inquire?
We review the business goal and current site, clarify the main constraints, and discuss a sensible next step. An inquiry is not an order and no payment is taken here.

Before you decide.
Do I need a redesign, or can you improve my existing website?
Sometimes a clearer service page, repaired form or better mobile navigation is enough. A rebuild becomes more relevant when the structure, platform or maintenance burden keeps blocking improvements. We review the problem before recommending the size of the project.
Can you redesign a WordPress website?
Yes. We work on WordPress and Elementor websites as well as custom websites. Staying on the same platform can be appropriate; a platform move needs a business reason and a migration plan.
Will a redesign improve my SEO and AI-search visibility?
A redesign can improve technical access, service clarity, internal links and useful content. Those foundations can support traditional and AI-assisted discovery. Inclusion, citations and rankings are not guaranteed. We plan SEO work around the evidence and your agreed priorities.
How long does a small business website redesign take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, content readiness, integrations, approvals and migration. We set milestones after reviewing those dependencies rather than quoting a generic launch date before seeing the work.
