Fewer “where do I find it?” emails.
A clearer community website.

Give residents a useful place to start and your board a manageable way to keep information current. We specialize in HOA websites, community tools and automations, scoped around how your association actually works.

For boards, association managers and community teams. South Florida & nationwide.

What makes a useful HOA website?

A useful HOA website gives residents clear information, makes the right contact easy to find, and separates public content from records that need restricted access. It also needs named content owners, a workable update process and a handoff that survives a change of board.

Start with the work your community repeats.

Public information people can find.

Community contacts, approved notices, meeting information, useful links and frequently requested answers. We organize around resident tasks, not the structure of a filing cabinet.

Resident access with clear rules.

If you need a portal, we define who can enter, what each role can see, how access is approved, and what happens when someone moves or a board member changes. Restricted access is a separately scoped system.

Requests that reach the right person.

Maintenance questions, architectural requests and routine inquiries can follow an agreed intake and review path. Automation can route and acknowledge a request; the responsible person still makes the decision.

Your website should help the next board, too.

An association website has more than one audience. Residents want a quick answer. Managers need a reliable process. Board members need to know who is responsible for publishing and approving information. We plan those responsibilities alongside the design.

  • Content ownership: who provides, approves, updates and retires each type of information.
  • Public versus restricted: which materials belong on the open website and which require a defined access model.
  • Account handoff: domain ownership, administrator roles and a process for changing authorized people.
  • Request routing: the information needed, the recipient, the acknowledgment and the human review point.
  • Ongoing work: backups, content updates, access reviews and the boundaries of support.

We can scope a new website, improve an existing one or connect the public site to an appropriate resident system. We do not assume every association needs custom software.

A practical starting point for your association.

Tell us which questions repeat, who updates the current site, and whether you need public pages, a resident portal or a specific workflow. We will discuss the responsibilities and dependencies before proposing the work.

Pricing depends on content migration, access rules, resident features, integrations and support. You receive an agreed scope rather than a price attached to an undefined portal.

Bring the right questions.

Useful details include the current website, the number of people who need to administer it, the systems already in use, and the first problem you want to resolve. Do not send resident lists, private records, credentials or sensitive documents through this inquiry form.

Your association’s counsel and management team should identify applicable records, posting, privacy and accessibility requirements. We scope the technical work around the requirements you approve; a website purchase is not a legal compliance certification. See our service responsibilities.

What would help your community most?

Questions from boards and managers.

Can board members update the HOA website themselves?

We can plan an editing approach for authorized board members or management staff, with agreed permissions and handoff guidance. The right approach depends on what needs updating and who approves it. Publishing responsibility should be explicit.

Can you work with our existing resident portal?

Often the public site can link to the system your association already uses. Any deeper integration depends on that provider’s supported interfaces, permissions and terms. We assess the connection before promising data synchronization or single sign-on.

Can residents pay dues or book amenities through the website?

Those features can be discussed as separate requirements. Payments, reservations, fees, availability rules, refunds and access need a defined process and suitable providers. They are not assumed to be included in a basic public website.

Does an HOA website automatically meet Florida’s legal requirements?

No. Applicable obligations depend on the association and current law. Your qualified adviser should confirm what applies and which records or notices must be available. We can then agree the website, access and publishing work needed to support those instructions.

Do you only work with communities in South Florida?

We are based in Wellington and work with organizations nationwide. The association’s location, systems and requirements inform the scope; we do not treat every community as the same project.

Plan with the right references.

For background on authentication, see the OWASP authentication guidance. For usable content and interfaces, see W3C’s accessibility introduction. Your association’s legal and operational requirements still need their own review.
